Also called lassi, this is an Indian shake made out of plain yogurt, water and some salt. You may add some flavour or spice to it to make it taste cool.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Plain yogurt
  • Salt
  • Mixer
  • Ice
  • Dried mint leaves
  1. Step 1

Take half a cup of plain yogurt and put it in a mixer.

  2. Step 2

Switch on the mixer and allow it to form in to paste, it should not take more than a minute.

  3. Step 3

Add 1-cup cold water to it while still in the mixer. Switch on the mixer again and add little bit of salt to it.

  4. Step 4

Pour the drink in your favorite glass or goblet. Sprinkle crushed dried mint leaves on it and add ice. Enjoy the drink
