YOU WANT TO WARM UP BY DANCING AROUND AND GETTING LIMBER. GET THE FEEL OF THE MUSIC. GET IN TO IT. GET THE ADRENALINE GOING...

THE WINDMILL MOVE STARTS FROM BEING ON ALL FOURS. KNEES AND HANDS ON THE FLOOR. NOW, WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS TUCK YOUR RIGHT ELBOW IN TO YOUR RIGHT SIDE, IF YOU ARE RIGHT HANDED. LEFT ELBOW IN IF LEFT HANDED AS YOU NEED TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY ON THIS HAND. YOUR ELBOW SHOULD BE JUST UNDER YOUR RIB CAGE AREA. NOW YOU WANT TO KICK YOUR RIGHT LEG UNDER YOU AT THIS MOMENT TO CREATE YOUR BODY MOVING CLOCK WISE. YOU THEN WANT TO ROLL ON TO YOUR UPPER BACK TO CREATE MOMENTUM. YOUR BODY SHOULD BE SPINNING CLOCK WISE. NOW, BRING YOUR LEFT LEG UP AS YOU ROLL BACK OVER ON TO YOUR HANDS. YOUR HANDS ARE ALSO HOLDING YOUR BODY OFF THE FLOOR. NOW REPEAT THE FIRST STEP AND KICK YOUR RIGHT LEG UNDER AGAIN AND REPEAT THE SAME STEPS OVER AGAIN UNTIL YOUR LEGS ARE MOVING FASTER EACH TURN. YOU SHOULD FEEL THAT YOUR LEGS ARE DOING MOST OF THE WORK AND YOUR HANDS ACT LIKE A BRACE UNDER YOU WHILE YOUR ARE SPINNING. THE KEY IS THE FIRST KICK AND GETTING YOUR BODY TO SPIN AROUND AND BUILDING UP YOUR SPEED. ONCE YOU ARE FASTER YOU CAN EVEN DO A WINDMILL WITH NO HANDS AND USE JUST YOUR FOREHEAD AS A BRACE BUT THIS IS A MORE ADVANCED STEP AND SHOULD ONLY BE ATTEMPTED ONCE YOU MASTER THE BASIC WINDMILL.
