How to Detoxify with Apple Cider Vinegar

With all of the unnatural chemicals in the environment and atmosphere that people have to endure daily, it is very important to find ways to detoxify the body occasionally.

Toxins tend to settle in the feet. Toxins can also enter into the body through the feet.

There are natural items that may be in our homes that we can use to draw the toxins out of our bodies.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    Pour very warm water into a basin as hot as you can stand it.

  2. Step 2

    Pour 3/4 cup of organic apple cider vinegar into the basin.

  3. Step 3

    Pour 2 tbsp. of cayenne pepper into the basin.

  4. Step 4

    Blend ingredients together.

  5. Step 5

    Place feet into the basin and soak your feet for about 15 minutes or for as long as the water stays nice and very warm.

  • Make sure you are not allergic in any way to the ingredients used. Check with your doctor first if necessary.
