      This is a VERY simple fix if you forget to buy or need condensed milk one the spot. In a blender combine 1 cup of powdered milk, 1/3 c boiling water, 2/3 cups sugar, and 3 tablespoons butter.

      Blend on high until the sugar fully dissolves and is smooth. It should be the texture of eggnog or a great milkshake.

      If it is too thick for your purposes, add a few more drops of boiling water and blend until perfect. This recipe can be used to substitute about 1 1/3 cup or one 10 3/4 ounce can.
