A Portuguese dish call: [carne de porco a alentejana] pork and clams together? The dish makes perfect sense once you have taste of it, And it is not too difficult to prepare.

Instructions

  • 2 lb.pork butt,1½ cup White wine,4tsp.Paprika,2bay leaves,11/2tsp.salt,1/2tsp. black pepper,5cloves garlic,2 med onion,2lbs.clams,2tsp Tabasco,1/4 cup olive oil, 4 med tomato, 5 large potatoes

Step1

  • Make sure when you buy the clams they are close
