Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Commit to a jogging or walking program that gives you at least forty minutes of exercise a day. Follow this routine faithfully.

  2. Step 2

Lose weight slowly. A rapid loss of weight has been linked to a worsening of this condition.

  3. Step 3

Go on a diet. It should be high in fiber content. Eat foods that are low calories and low in saturated fat.

  4. Step 4

If you are diabetic, control your glucose levels.

  5. Step 5

Do not drink alcohol. Avoid any toxic substance that can do further injury.

  6. Step 6

Speak to your physician about using vitamin supplements to combat oxidant damage. We suffer oxidant damage from pollution, solar rays, and biological processes in our body.
