Having a strong network of friends can help reduce stress during the tough times in your life when you need someone to talk to and who will listen.
Step2
Getting together with friends is good for the mind body and soul. These fun times reduce stress and promote self-confidence and healthy happy feelings. Schedule time with friends often.
Step3
Friends often have the same likes and dislikes. Therefore, you can cultivate stress reducing activities together. things like going to the gym or taking walks are always fun to share with a friend. Next time you are going out to do an activity, invite a friend.
Step4
Friends are often there for you went you need help with everyday dilemmas. Carpooling kids, babysitting while you are late at work or help getting your mail when you are away are all things that relieve those little stressors that add up.
