In no time you will learn how to make an easy tuna casserole that you pop in the oven, for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 Cans of Tuna any you desire
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • Dumpling Noodles
  • 1 bag shredded Colby or Cheddar Cheese
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Casserole Dish
  1. Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Step 2

    Start boiling your noodles.

  3. Step 3

Draining of your tuna is not necessary, just open them up and put them in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Step 4

Cook the tuna for about 10 minutes, while breaking it up with your spatula. Add your seasoning salt in this step you can just sprinkle it all over.

  5. Step 5

Once seasoned to your liking, add in the cream of mushroom and chicken soups. Stir in until mixed well.

  6. Step 6

When your noodles are drained put half on the bottom of the casserole dish.

  7. Step 7

Pour half the tuna sauce you have created over the noodles.

  8. Step 8

Add half the bag of shredded cheese over your sauce and noodles.

  9. Step 9

Lay the rest of your noodles on top of that, creating a double layer.

  10. Step 10

Pour on the rest of your sauce and add the rest of your cheese.

  11. Step 11

Place your casserole on the middle rack and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.

Tips & Warnings
  • For high altitude cooking preset your oven for 25 degrees higher and just keep a close eye on your cheese.
  • For creamier sauce add two additional cans of the Cream of Chicken and Mushroom. Adding a cup of milk does the trick also.
  • For veggie lovers feel free to mix in a can of your favorite vegetable.
  • Casserole will be extremely hot when extracted from the oven. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
