1. Ask your self, what do you want in a college?
2. Use a planner for each college, by staying on top of registration dates, application datelines, and financial aid deadlines.
3. Try to get the most out of a College, by visiting its campuses and the people that go there. After that create a core checklist for each college you visit.
4. Make sure your college essay sounds good, not only to you, but to others as well. That way, they will help make your essay better by them giving you advice.
