How to make a healthier chicken salad

A healthier alternative to regular chicken salad...

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 boiled boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 3 tbsp light ranch dressing
  • 1 small onion
  • pepper
  1. Step 1

    After you have boiled the chicken shred it apart into a bowl. Chop up the onion and mix it into the shredded chicken.

  2. Step 2

    Mix in mustard and ranch dressing.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle some pepper into the chicken salad and mix.

Tips & Warnings
  • If chicken salad is too dry and a little more mustard or ranch to your liking.
  • serve on top of a salad, or on a toasted wheat bun with lettuce and tomato
  • Also works great with tuna
