    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    • A bath tub
    • Hot water
    • Time
    • To make enough for about 16 baths you will need:
    • 1 cup of sea salts
    • 2 cups of baking soda
    • 1 cup of epsom salts
    • a jar to keep the combined ingredients
    • Aloe gel
    • Essential oils
      • 1

Set the tone for your bath. Light some candles. Play some soft music. Make sure you have time to enjoy your bath. Also make sure you have drinking water on hand, near the tub.

Begin drawing the hot water into your tub. Make the water as hot as you can stand. The hotter the water the more toxins will be removed. Yet, you do not want to burn yourself. At the same time, pour in a generous amount of sea salts and baking soda.

The hot water will pull the toxins to the surface of your skin. Then as the water begins to cool, the poisons will slowly begin to seep out of your body.

Both sea salts and baking soda will help purify your body and help to pull out the poisons. The baking soda is also highly alkaline. Alkaline will help the poisons to seep out of your skin quicker.

Stay in the tub as long as you can. A good twenty to thirty minute soaking is preferred.
As you are soaking, drink some water, to help keep you from becoming dehydrated.

You can also use a loofah sponge on your skin as you are soaking; to help kneed the toxins to the top of your skin and eventually on out of your body.

After your bath, you may also want to rub some Aloe gel onto your skin,
to help prevent dryness. Make sure it is real Aloe

    Tips & Warnings

    • If you have dry skin you may also want to add some essential oils to your bath. Make sure they are natural.

    • If you have high blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes, do not take a detox bath without talking to your doctor first.
