SENSUAL STIMULATION Soothing music, visual imagery (pictures) anything you can focus on, and that can assist in creating a soothing and welcoming atmosphere

FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION Allow yourself to focus on and concentrate on positive thoughts, things that are good, things that make you feel calm and at ease.

SMILE AND BE JOYFUL Try to smile as often as you can during the turmoil of life, and search for hidden truths and joys in the things we can not control or understand, and repeat the above steps for about 8-12 weeks.
