This shouldn’t be a hard thing to do, but more often than not it is. My three steps will allow you to work efficiently without getting stressed or feeling worn out.
Take a note of the amount of time you have to work. Also, make an estimate of how much time you need to finish the job if you worked straight through. Now you know your constraints. It is time to get to work.
Step2
I recommend doing at least one to two hours of solid work to start. This builds a foundation and gets the brunt of the groundwork out of the way. Take a break at this point, and assess how much work you have left to do.
Step3
Take breaks every hour or so, depending on how much time you have. If you balance your breaks with your working time then you will never feel overworked. This is the key to being efficient. You can work for hours with the right amount of break time.
