Go from :( to :D! We all get into moods that make us feel low or down but there is a way to drag yourself out of it, minus anti-depressents. Heres how:

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Comfort foods
  • Friends
  • Funny Movies
  • Music preferably punk or somehow inspiring
  1. Step 1

Pop out your favorite snacks, preferably anything with chocolate or ice cream involved. You may have a different food that makes you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. Pull it out and chow down.

  2. Step 2

Think about the times when you were happy. Think and laugh about hilarious moments that you've had with your friends. Read comics or tell yourself stupid jokes.

  3. Step 3

Call a friend. Most of us have that one friend that can make us laugh regardless. Call him/her and laugh at everything he or she says.

  4. Step 4

Watch a funny movie. One that's guaranteed 100% to make you pee in your pants. Simple child movies or choking with laughter adult classics, anything that can make you forget about what's making you sad.

  5. Step 5

Play your favorite girl inspiring or people bashing songs and jump up and down singing it at the top of your lungs, making up stupid dance moves to it. Record it, if you can, play it over and laugh at yourself.

  6. Step 6

Reason it out. If all else fails and you can't get whatever it is that's bugging you out of your head; get to the core of the problem. Either solve it, whatever it is. Tell the person that angered you off (and if you're afraid to write them a secret letter telling them off but never give it to them). Or, just reason out the problem in your head until you decide it doesn't bother you anymore.
