  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts
  • Fillet knife
  • Baking pan

      Set the temperature on the oven to 350 degrees and fillet three to four chicken breasts, giving you about six to eight pieces of chicken. Remove the fat from the breasts with the knife and line the baking pan with aluminum foil.

      Place 6 to 8 tbsp. of garlic on the bottom of the pan and spread out with a cooking brush. Pour 3 or 4 tbsp. of honey over the garlic in the pan and lay the chicken pieces out in the pan.

      Brush 1 tbsp. of garlic over the top of each piece of chicken to coat the top and add two pats of butter to the top of each piece. Spread honey over the top of the chicken until it is coated and place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
