How to Make Balsamic Marinade

Homemade marinades are easy to make and can be tailored to your own tastes. Balsamic Marinade, is delicious, and imparts a rich flavor to anything you marinate, including chicken, beef, lamb, veal, pork or shrimp.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Two cups balsamic vinegar
  • Half cup brown sugar
  • 6 oz cola
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • One garlic stock cube (crushed)
  • One clove garlic, crushed and chopped
  1. Step 1

    Incorporate all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Add desired choice of meat to the mix. Rub well into any nooks and crannies.

  3. Step 3

    Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and place in fridge for thirty minutes or longer.

  4. Step 4

    Cook meat in the marinade for maximum flavor.

Tips & Warnings
  • Balsamic marinade can be made as much as twenty-four hours ahead of time, as long as it is refrigerated.
  • Do not add any extra salt to marinade.
