This marinade can be added to meats such as pork, beef and chicken. Creating these additions to food only takes a short time and little preparation, and is quite simple. Things You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

      Combine all of your ingredients into a large bowl.

      Put the meat into a zip-close plastic bag.

      Pour the marinade onto the meat and turn it to coat all of it.

      Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for 15 minutes up to two hours if you want the meat tender. For more tender meat, marinate for up to 24 hours.
