Tips & Warnings
  • You can make these up to 3 days in advance.
  • Freeze up to 1 month in advance, defrost overnight. Crisp up by placing in a 350F oven for three minutes.
  • To make curried almonds replace sugar, cayenne and rosemary with 1 Tbsp curry powder.
  • Anything coming out of the oven is going to be extremely hot, plan ahead with pot holders. Burns suck.
  • Wash hands for 20 seconds under hot water when handling raw eggs.
  • Eggs can be refrigerated for up to 5 weeks from the date stamped on the carton.
  • Leftover egg whites can be stored, tightly covered for up to 4 days.
  • Leftover yolks can be stored 2 days, in water for best results.
