Things You'll Need:
- 2 c almonds, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp egg white(about 1/2 an egg white)
- 2 Tsp dark brown sugar
- 2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Rosemary leaves
- Baking Sheet pan
- Oven preheated to 300F
- Mixer with whisk attachment

Step 1
toastPreheat oven to 300F and spread nuts in a single layer on the sheet pan. Roast, shaking the tray every now and then, until golden brown, usually about 15 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.

mixBeat the egg whites until frothy and add the nuts, rosemary and seasonings. Toss the ingredients until each nut is completely coated. Return nuts to the oven.

party nutsRoast until fragrant and golden, usually 20 minutes. Cool and serve at room temperature.
