Instructions

    • 1

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl - 1 cup of brown rice flour, 4 tablespoons of grapeseed oil, 1 heaping teaspoon of rice syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup or 1 cup of organic chocolate chips (depending on how many you want in your cookies!)

    • 2

Once the ingredients are combined well - refrigerate the mix for about an hour. This will help when you are trying to form the dough into balls when ready to bake them. The rice flour doesn't stick together as well as regular flour does - so it makes baking interesting to say the least!

    • 3

Roll the dough into roughly one inch balls and flatten them out a little onto the cookie sheet. Bake them in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes and remove to let them cool off.

Tips & Warnings

  • Rice flour will not brown like regular flour when baking - so when the 10 - 12 minutes are up take the cookies out and let them cool off.
