Shop at your local thrift shop. Flannel shirts, old coats, baggie pants, etc... Clown outfits are especially fun - find bright mismatched colors. Oversized shoes, aprons, hats. They have it all!

Go to your local drug store for discounted makeup - the wilder the better! Try facial masks for great color!
Step 4

Accessorize! Don't forget the outrageous belts or hats or socks or beads!
