    Things You'll Need

    • 22.5x6 inch piece of fabric
    • 21 inch piece of sew-in Velcro
    • 19x2 inch piece of non-skid fabric or shelf lining
      • 1

        Hem around entire piece of fabric. Fold ¼ of an inch and then fold the ¼ of an inch under again.

        Sew scrap non-skid fabric along top side of back of fabric.

        Sew Velcro to bottom of back of fabric

      • 4

        Sew remaining piece of Velcro to top of front of fabric. Place in your purse or your car and keep handy for use next time you stop at the store!

    Tips & Warnings

    • Standard non-skid shelf lining works fine for this product as well. You can even wash it.

    • To sew more easily across shelf lining or non-skid fabric dust lightly with talc or baby powder.
