Avoid sauces made from cheese and/or cream. They are very high in fat and calories.

Have the waiter bring you a to go box with your meal because most restaurants pile on the portions. One plate may have 2 or 3 healthy portions..Put half of it in the box and eat it for lunch tomorrow.

Opt for meats that are grilled. You can even ask that some dishes that are usually fried to come grilled.

Pile on the veggies and tomato sauce....very good for you and filling.

Do not put cheese on the pasta. You can live without it.
