Many women love the excitement of racing. Race car drivers are full of adventure, love danger and are very passionate about their sport. Racing men are a breed of their own, and may be hard to catch the attention of. Follow a few tips to score a race car man.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Know the basics of racing. This includes the rules, the different kinds of racing, the different races in a series and the big names of racing. Race car drivers are so passionate about their sport, they want a woman who shares in the interest.

  2. Step 2

Be familiar with racing etiquette. Some of the unwritten rules include not leaving a race early, not throwing anything at the track, not cheering a wreck in which lives could be in danger and enjoying a good race whether the favorite driver is in it or not.

  3. Step 3

Dress very comfortably and practically when attending a race. While wearing a miniskirt with heels may get the guys' attention, they are probably thinking how dumb and desperate you look. Since racing is a sporting event, dress like it is.

  4. Step 4

Don't be a "pit lizard." This is the name given to race car groupies that hang around with the sole intention of scoring a man, whether he is married or not. Seasoned drivers can usually spot these women a mile away and don't waste their time.

  5. Step 5

Don't wear green. Like most athletes, drivers are very superstitious. Many of them stay very far away from the color green on their driving days, if not all the time.

  6. Step 6

Stay away from peanuts. Another superstition, most drivers and fans stay far away from peanuts while at the racetrack. The origin of this superstition is unknown, but it is taken very seriously.
