Step 1
Start by getting your couple, group or family paired up. Practice the art of falling and catching each other. Trust that the other person will catch you and fall straight back. This act will create a better bond of trust between you both.
-
Step 2
Get the whole group together and pair off. If you have already been with someone in the group, find a different partner. Ask this person about themselves and see how much you can get to know about each other. Active listening is what builds trust and creates strength in a relationship.
-
Step 3
Find a large tree log about 40-inches wide. Put half the group at one end, and the other half at the other end. Let both groups try to pass each other while climbing across the log and without touching the ground. This exercise will make the group work together to figure out the a solution.
-
Step 4
Create a problem for your group to solve. Let the group work through solutions and come to conclusions as a team. There might be some conflict while people voice their opinions. The point is to learn to consider everyone's solution and not minimize anyone's suggestion.

Step 5
Pick a special dinner recipe that requires a whole team to cook. Ask one person to delegate and give out the chores. Work through each course as a team and let everyone have a task. This will create a team-like bond.
