Place your hands on the padded grips found on the Ab Lounge. You use these grips to perform the basic jack knife move to work your abs.

on 12/3/2008 For an very overweight person like myself, the ab lounger can be effective and motivating but it isn't the end-all-cure-all. This machine made it easier for me to work on a very weak area without straining my back or neck. I have reached a plateau of effectiveness, however, I am more physically capable and excited to tackle new exercises and techniques. It has given me more of a waist at a larger weight than I might have seen in any other form of exercise, which allowed me to stay focused and keep at it.
I recommend the ab lounger if you can get it 2nd hand or from a friend. Get your start and pass it on, so that someone else can get there foot on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
