How to Play Trivial Pursuit DVD Pop Culture 2

The Trivial Pursuit DVD Pop Culture 2 DVD board game is a trivia game where you answer questions about American popular culture in six categories: TV, Fads, Buzz, Music, Movies and Sports and Games.

Instructions

Set up the Game

1. Set up the game board, each player choosing a Pop Culture token. Place all tokens in the center circle of the game board.

2. Place the DVD into your DVD player. If the game disc does not start automatically, press the play button, starting the intro screen.

3. Select a game from the "Game Selection" screen by pressing the arrow keys to highlight the icon and pressing "Enter." The DVD has 16 pre-planned games to choose from.

Play the Game

4. Roll the die on your turn and select the category color you want to land on, moving down the spoke. You may move clockwise or counter clockwise around the board.

5. Answer a question for each space you land on. For a normal space have someone read you a question from the corresponding color on a card.

6. Select the DVD category for triangular wedge spaces and answer the question you receive. If you answer correctly, take a corresponding color wedge.

7. Continue moving through the board, rolling the die as you answer questions correctly. Your turn is over once you answer a question correctly.

8. Collect wedges of all colors--blue, pink, yellow, purple, green and orange--to advance to the hub for the game winning question.

9. Select "For the Win" on the DVD Category Selection screen. Answer the questions and press the "Enter" button. The correct answer appears. If you answered right, select "Got It" and press "Enter" to show the game winning screen.

10. Navigate to "Missed It" if you got the answer incorrect and press "Enter." You must leave the hub on your next turn and answer a question correctly before returning to the hub.
