Visit a raw restaurant that serves it up via enjoyable dishes like lasagna with soaked pine nut "ricotta cheese." Or perhaps tortillas made of a mix of corn, flaxseeds and spices. And for the truly adventurous, there's "raw ice cream," a popular dairy substitute made of soaked cashews and coconut butter. No matter where you dine, you can ask for lemon juice and/or extra virgin olive oil on the side for your entrees or salads.
