How to Order NutriSystem Products

NutriSystem has created a plan for the dieter who wants to eat healthy and lose weight without fussing over planning the meals or shopping. Ordering the NutriSystem foods is easy. The company delivers the food to your doorstep.

Instructions

1. Log on to the NutriSystem website. Current promotions are posted on the homepage. Note the customer service phone number at the top right side of the page along with a link to their Help page.

2. Select a NutriSystem program. On the left side of the home page, you choose your general diet program. Click on the Women's Program, the Silver program for more mature women, the Men's Program, the Silver Program for older men, the Type II Diabetic Program or the specialized All-Vegetarian Program.

3. Examine the food choices offered on the program description page. Once you have selected your program you can choose the food and the way it will be delivered. The opening page of each of the programs provides information about the diet and a list of available food choices. Click on any food and a window will open with a picture of it, a written description, preparation instructions and nutritional facts.

4. Place your order. Click on any red "Order Now" button located on the program description page. At the bottom of the page you are now provided with 3 choices. Make your "Step One" choice. Select either the "Favorite Foods" package, which is a pre-selected variety of popular foods, or indicate that you want to select your own menu. If you choose to select your own food, a new window will open, called the Ordering Wizard, which will help you to make your choices.

5. Select your delivery choice in "Step Two." NutriSystem offers auto-delivery each month without shipping charges. You also can choose to purchase a whole month of meals.

6. Indicate you have completed your choices by clicking on the "Add To Shopping Cart" bar. A new page will open for checkout. If you have not registered on the page before, you will be asked for an email address and to create a password. You now have a NutriSystem account. Add your name, address and payment information and you're done.

• NutriSystem products are also available through the cable shopping channel QVC and its Internet website.
• Note the "A la Carte" button on the NutriSystem home page. NutriSystem also offers exercise equipment, vitamins and individually-priced food items. The "Other Options" button opens to a page on which you can order NutriSystem meals by the week instead of by the month.
