Think about installing stained glass and colored panes of glass in your house. Add colorful door knobs and colored candles. Paint colors on the walls. Don't use red if you are angry, frustrated or irritated. And go easy if you have high blood pressure or heart disease.

Green and blue are both balancers and harmonizers and lower blood pressure. Green calms, soothes and relieves tension. Blue relaxes the mind, promotes truth, loyalty devotion and sincerity. Researchers have found that blue light applied to the back of the knees resets the body's internal clock. Don't use blue if you are prone to colds or have muscle impairment.
