Step 1
Vary the deepness and speed of your movements while making love so that you can learn to keep ejaculation at bay and build sexual energy. For example, as your feel yourself getting closer to ejaculatory orgasm, change from a fast and strong movement to a slower one, and don't penetrate as deep.
-
Step 2
Control ejaculation mentally and physically. Pay attention to your body and what it needs to extend the expansion of sexual energy and avoid ejaculation. If slowing your rhythm will not stop an ejaculatory orgasm, stop moving or pull out and wait. Use this time to touch one another and 'play.'
-
Step 3
Move sexual energy away from your sexual organs to other areas of your and your lover's body in order to extend an orgasm throughout. Redirect charged sexual energy to the heart, thighs, neck and other areas of the body by actively touching and concentrating on the energy in your hands. Use slow, relaxed massaging movement and try to picture the energy moving from your pelvis, up through your body and out your hands to your lover.
-
Step 4
Be patient, as having a full-body orgasm will take dedication and practice. The first full-body orgasm you experience will probably be accompanied in unison by an ejaculatory orgasm, but as you continue working and you will begin to feel new sensations. Eventually you will be able to achieve multiple orgasms without ejaculating.
-
Step 5
Watch for signs that you are getting closer to your goal and concentrate deeply on these sensations as they occur, however small. After a bit of practice you should begin to feel tingling and glowing sensations in your entire body, you may have shifts in consciousness and feelings of lost time. Learning to recognize these sensations can help you achieve a full-body orgasm.
