Download Earthlink Total Access and operate Earthlink email to access Earthlink SpamBlocker.

Examine the first level of spam blocker for email. The Suspect Email block decreases the amount of junk emails you receive, giving you virtually 100 percent protection while filtering all emails to your personal address book.

Look at the blocker for Known Spam. It works by eradicating spam, so it never reaches your email inbox. Once detected, spam is automatically sent to the Known Spam folder. Authentic emails cannot be filtered and arrive immediately to your inbox. All the spam is kept for you to examine so you can locate any miss-routed email.

Go to Earthlink Web Mail and sign into the program.

Select the "SpamBlocker" tab.

Select the "Edit Blocked Sender List" tab.

Choose the email address you want to unblock from the list.

Select the "Unblock Sender" tab.

Select the "Save" tab.

Launch the Earthlink Mailbox.

Select the plus sign ("+") near the SpamBlocker to show its contents.

Select "Suspect Email."

Select the box next to the sender whose email you want to allow.

Hit the down arrow on the checked items drop-down list. Select "Move to Inbox & Add Contact." If you only want to accept this email once and not in the future, you do not need to add the contact to your Earthlink Address Book. Instead, select, "Move to Inbox."

Select the "Go" tab.

Bring Earthlink Mailbox up on your desktop.

Select the plus sign ("+") next to SpamBlocker to show the contents.

Select the "Settings" item.

Choose the "Edit Blocked Sender List" tab.

Type in the Block This Address or Domain field of the email address or domain you need to block.

Enter the "Block This Address or Domain" tab.

Select the "Save" tab.
