You don't have to go to a gym to take advantage of Spinning classes. If you own an exercise bike, you can work out with Spinning videos at home. Most of these videos can be bought online.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

Determine your fitness goals. Maybe you're interested in toning your lower body, or you want to get an all-around total body workout. Focus your search on a program that concentrates on the abs, hips, thighs and buns or on interval training that burns fat for the entire body.

  2. Step 2

Check out sites such as Spinning.com. Search for VHS or DVDs that focus on Spinning or cycling until you find one that piques your interest.

  3. Step 3

Read the description of the program and any reviews to help you decide if the VHS or DVD is a good fit for your Spinning workout. Click the "Add to Cart" button to buy the program. Go back to the shopping page if you want to buy more than one Spinning video.

  4. Step 4

Pick the "Checkout" link of the website when you're ready to make your purchase. Confirm the contents of your order, adding or removing programs if necessary. Follow the steps to purchase your videos, such as filling out your billing and shipping information, entering your credit card information and choosing your delivery method. Of course, make sure your ordering page is secure and that the "https://" is displayed at the top of your page as part of the website's address.
