How to Automatically CC All Mail Sent in Outlook
Microsoft Outlook automatically keeps a copy of every email you send in your Sent Messages file. While this may be sufficient for your records, if you want to create a backup of your sent email or if you need to give someone else a record of all of your email, you can have Outlook automatically send a carbon copy, or CC, to another email address.

1
Open Microsoft Outlook. From the "Tools" menu, choose "Rules and Alerts." From the window, click on the "Rules" tab.
-
2
Click the "New Rule" button from the "Rules" tab. Choose the "Start From a Blank Rule" option and highlight "Check Messages After Sending." Click the "Next" button to continue.
-
-
3
Look over the list of options. These options will allow you to CC only some of your Outlook emails. If you want to CC them all without exception, click "Next" to go on.
-
4
Put a check mark next to "CC the Message to People or Distribution List" from the "Select Actions" section.
-
5
Choose "People or Distribution Lists" from the "Edit" section. Choose an email address from the displayed list of contacts to CC your email messages to. You may choose as many email addresses as you like. You can also CC emails to email addresses not in your contact list by entering the email addresses in the "To" field.
-
6
Hit the "OK" button and then the "Next" button twice to continue. Provide Outlook with a name for this rule, such as "CC." The name can help you identify the rule should you need to make changes later.
-
7
Complete the CC Outlook rule by clicking on the "Finish" button and then the "OK" button.
