Tour the Opera House. The Sydney Opera House offers several different tours of the facility, including a one-hour highlights tour and a two-hour back stage tour. Advance reservations are strongly recommended and may be confirmed via the venue's website.

Have a meal—or a drink—at one of the restaurants. The Sydney Opera House offers a variety of restaurants and lounges. You can have an elegant meal, featuring Australian meat and produce, at Guillaume at Bennelong; enjoy a less-expensive cafe-style meal at Bistro Mozart or sample a cocktail or one of over 40 wines by the glass at the indoor/outdoor Opera Bar.
