How to Play Pinball

Pinball is a fun game to play. You can go into any arcade and play pinball, or you can go online to almost any game site and play very realistic pinball. Most computers even have pinball pre-installed on the computer. The online game has all the bells and whistles for maximum fun.

  • Tokens to Play in an Arcade

    Playing Pinball Online

  1. Step 1

    Choose an online game site to play pinball online. Download the game.

  2. Step 2

    Start your pinball game. Be sure you meet the system requirements needed or the game may not function correctly.

  3. Step 3

    Play pinball by keeping the ball within the game. Use the flippers to keep the ball from being discarded. The "Left" and "Right" arrow keys are used to control the left and right flippers.

  4. Step 4

    Hit the ball with the flipper whenever it comes to the flipper. Pinball is sudden and unexpected so stay ready to use your flipper. Keep your fingers on the arrow keys.

  5. Step 5

    Steer your ball to the bonus areas for maximum points and extra balls. Play again to increase your score and improve your strategy.

  6. Step 6

    Continue to play until you use all your balls. Pinball games will provide three to five balls per game. Your game ends when all the balls are used.

  7. Playing Pinball Offline

  8. Step 1

    Travel to an arcade to play pinball offline.

  9. Step 2

    Purchase tokens from the arcade attendant to play the pinball machine.

  10. Step 3

    Insert the token into the slot and press begin on the game.

  11. Step 4

    Use your flippers to keep the ball from being discarded. The flipper buttons are usually located on either side of the machine. Keep your fingers on the flippers at all times. Repeat Section 1, Step 5 to earn maximum points and balls.

  12. Step 5

    Try again when you lose a ball. The game ends when you lose all of your balls. Play again by inserting another token in the machine.
