Fluidity is a fitness program developed by personal trainer Michelle Austin. This workout helps to develop long and lean muscles like those of a dancer. It incorporates a personal dancer's ballet bar in various routines that focus on nearly every muscle in the body. Fluidity workouts use your own body weight and resistance to tone and strengthen all your muscles, giving you a lean, strong body.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Order products online from the Fluidity website. You get a package of equipment that includes an instructional DVD and the dancer's ballet bar. The bar is foldable for easy storage. Exercise balls and resistance bands are also available for in-home use. Three DVDs are available, varying in difficulty from beginner to advanced.
Step2
Attend a Fluidity class. Gyms in New York City offer these fitness classes regularly. Check your local gym or fitness center for a schedule of Fluidity classes. This workout is becoming more and more popular, so if no classes are currently available, talk to gym management about participation.
Step3
Become a Fluidity program instructor. The certification process includes a written exam, observation of technique by certified instructors and classroom instruction. Send an email to certification@fluidity.com for information on class locations and schedules.
