Postpartum depression is a real condition that affects 14 percent of new moms and 10 percent of new dads, according to an article in the "Journal of Pediatrics." Postpartum depression is accepted in women; however, there isn't as much publicity about father's postpartum depression. Some dads may not realize why they feel the way they do and may not know enough or may be too proud to ask for help. Read on to learn how to deal with father's postpartum depression.
