The pattern for row 2 is knit in the knitted stitches and purl in the purl stitches. The pattern for row 3 is (knit 1, purl 1) twice, knit 5,, purl 5, knit 4, repeat pattern across. The pattern for row 4 is repeat row 2. The pattern for row 5 is purl 1, knit 3, purl 1, knit 5,, purl 3, knit 5, repeat pattern across. The pattern for row 6 in to repeat row 2.
2. The pattern for row 7 is knit 5, purl 1, knit 5, purl 7, repeat across. For row 8 repeat Row 2. Row 9 (purl 1, knit 5) twice, purl 5, knit 1. Repeat across.
