Etsy has a mind-boggling amount of things to find and purchase from its sellers. There are thousands of sellers that have wonderful and unique bits of craft and art to offer. Searching Etsy always offers up some new seller or item that you will love. The search feature on Etsy will allow you to find products through a number of sources. Read on to learn how to search Etsy.

Step1
Consider what you want to find. If it is something specific you can search through Etsy with that specific item in mind or just search through Etsy with a material in mind.
Step2
Consider which set of set options Etsy has for your search. You can search through tags and titles of the items, descriptions, find sellers, tags only or through just materials. Each of these searches will come up with a different group of items.
Step3
Search for a specific item. This is best done through the items search options through the tags, title and description provided by the seller. This will allow you to come up with a set of items that fit your search specifically.
Step4
Search for a seller. This is a great way to search for a seller that you know about specifically.
Step5
Search for materials. This is a great way to find a lot of new items and sellers. Simply type in a material like "silk" in the search box, choose to search through materials and you will come up with a plethora of items that all contain silk but otherwise are not related in any way. This is a wonderful way to simply look at all the items that sellers offer on Etsy.
