How to Add Items to Favorites on Etsy

There are more wonderful handmade items on Etsy than you can shake a virtual stick at, and more are being added every day. Using your Etsy account you can add certain items that catch your fancy to your favorites list for yourself and others to see. This is a great way to remind yourself of certain items that you want to buy in the future. Read on to learn how to add items to favorites on Etsy.

Instructions

1. Log onto your Etsy account.

2. Search through Etsy and find an item that you want to save for future reference.

3. Click onto the link for the item. This takes you to the area where you can view the details of the item and see all the pictures that the seller posted of it.

4. Click on the link "Add Item to Favorites." This is located on the right side of the page under the page tools section. This instantly adds the item to your favorites page for future reference. All the items that you add to your favorites are public for everyone to see through your profile.

Tips & Warnings

• Items on Etsy that are sold remain on your favorites page with a note stating that they were sold. Listings for sold items will eventually be deleted. Be sure to check on your favorites page every once in a while to make sure these entries are removed so you have more space for your new favorites.
• To find your favorites list on Etsy, go to "Your Etsy" at the top of the page, and on the next page, click on "Favorites." It is located at the left hand side of the page. All your favorite items are lined up for you to admire.
