The Allstate 400 is held at the famous Brickyard, a track that had its first existence as a proving ground for new vehicles in 1909. It has become the place where NASCAR and the Indy 500 are held, and one of the favorite NASCAR races, the Allstate 400. Read on to learn how to the Allstate 400 yourself to see why so many fans love it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Check out the packages offered through Premier Travel which includes: two-night accommodations at the Hampton Inn Southport or the Sheraton City Centre, "Paddock or A-Stand tickets above row 15 to the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard" and "Roundtrip Deluxe Motorcoach Transfers with Police Escort." Comfort, style and a police escort--not a bad way to see a historical race.
Step2
Look for contests to enter. Allstate held one where the winner receives "a trip for you and four of your friends to the 2008 Allstate at the Brickyard." Included in the trip will be travel, lodging, tickets and RV hospitality along with VIP access and a tour of the ESPN TV compound.
Step3
Purchase tickets online through such retailers as 2 Tickets and Razor Gator.
Step4
Apply for tickets through the Indianapolis Speedway box office. On the site, the different rates are included for tent sites, RV sites, parking and more.
Step5
Buy tickets on sites such as eBay. Be prepared to pay a premium, however.
