Nude yoga is an erotic way to exercise and tone your body. Many women claim that it is a freeing experience to practice yoga poses in the buff. If you are comfortable with your body and want to feel sexual while exercising, then nude yoga is probably for you. Read on to learn how to practice nude yoga.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Purchase a nude yoga video. There is the Totally Nude Yoga series or the Hot Nude Yoga DVD set available on Amazon for purchase.

  2. Step 2

Take a nude yoga class. If you live in a metropolitan area, then you may be able to find a nude yoga class being held in your area. If you don't mind stripping down in front of strangers, then this may be a lot of fun for you.

  3. Step 3

Perform nude yoga in the privacy of your home. If you would rather be alone, use the video and find a windowless room to practice in.

  4. Step 4

Get naked. You want to be completely naked performing nude yoga or leave your panties on if you feel awkward.

  5. Step 5

Learn the basic poses. Most of the poses practiced in nude yoga are also used in traditional yoga classes. Positions that you are likely to perform are the Downward Dog and the Triangle Pose.

  6. Step 6

Focus your breathing. Although you are in the nude, it is still important to adhere to the basics of yoga, including proper breathing techniques.

Tips & Warnings
  • Your partner is likely to enjoy watching you perform the nude yoga poses. Couples have found that nude yoga is a way to jump start their sexual relationship.
  • Remember to lock the door when practicing nude yoga. You don't want unsuspecting visitors to catch you in such a compromising position.
