Warm up beforehand. You need to perform at least 15 minutes of moderate exercise and stretches to get your heart pumping.

Perform squats and lunges. Squats and lunges work your legs. To begin, perform eight reps for at least six sets. You need to alternate sides between sets.

Do push ups. A main component of boot camp workouts is plenty of push ups. You should do as many as you can at a slow pace.

Work your arms. Arm raises and wall push ups will be used during the boot camp workout to exercise your triceps and biceps.

Cool down for 10 minutes following the boot camp workout. Since you perform both cardio and strength exercises, you need to incorporate a cool down period afterwards.
