Step 1
Prepare your photos. Before you begin making your calendar, you need to have a catalog of photos ready to choose from. Go through your photos and select 14 or 15 you might like to include in your calendar, so you have options. Touch up and crop the photos so they're ready to drop into the project. Set those photos aside in a separate folder for easy access while you create your calendar.
-
Step 2
Open a new creation. When you first open Photoshop Elements, there are a couple buttons to choose from. Click on "Make Photo Creation." Next, a window opens with several options for photo projects. Choose "Wall Calendar" and click "OK." If you started with the program fully open, you could also select File > New > Creation and then choose "Wall Calendar" from the list.
-
Step 3
Choose the setup. Select a layout for your calendar from the samples given. Also, select starting and ending dates in the lower left part of the screen. When you're done with this, click "Next Step."
-
Step 4
Add your photos. The program prompts you to add photos at this point. Navigate to the folder you set up with your project photos. Select the photos you want to use and click "OK." You'll see the photos you've chosen, labeled with their position in the calendar. Now you can drag them to rearrange the order, or select a photo and click "Remove Photo." To replace a photo, click "Add Photo" and go through the process again until you have all the photos you want in the calendar arranged in the proper order.
-
Step 5
Include a title and captions. The program will prompt you to add a title to your calendar. Using the arrow buttons, you can move from page to page and add captions to your photos. When you're done, click "Next Step" to save and print your project.
