Things You'll Need:
- 8 rows of 20ss metal set banded rhinestones
- Wire cutters
- Metal wire cut 3/4-inch long
-
Step 1
Choose a design for your earrings. Select one rhinestone stud or a medium rhinestone for the middle with small ones circling the outside. Another option is to choose a square rhinestone with a small, different colored stone in the middle of the square.
-
Step 2
Place hot glue the back of the stone. If you are using more than one stone, start with the largest stone first and then add the smaller stones to the large stone.
-
Step 3
Press the earring piece into the back of the stone.
-
Step 4
Allow the glue to dry. Hot glue usually takes a minute or so to dry.
-
Step 5
Remove any excess glue from the stem of the earring.
-
Step 1
Hot glue one banded row in the middle of the metal wire. Check the beads for length. This is the length of your earring. Cut it down to size if needed.
-
Step 2
Add one row to both sides of the middle row. Glue them into place. Cut the sides down to make the earring taper toward the middle or leave it one length.
-
Step 3
Continue adding the rows to the wire until you reach the edge. Glue one row across the top of the metal wire and the other banded rhinestones. Add the smaller cut pieces around the sides or on top to make it fuller, if desired.
-
Step 4
Place glue onto the earring back and press firmly against the wire and rhinestones until dry. Remove any excess from around the outside of the earring back.
