Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Visit the T-Mobile website to learn more about T-Mobile camera phones and cellular phone service. Type your zip code into the "Check Coverage in Your Neighborhood" box found on the T-Mobile website to make sure T-Mobile provides cell phone service in the areas you need cell coverage (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Explore the camera phones found on the T-Mobile website. Review the size, weight and features of each camera phone. Look at camera phones with the highest megapixels for better quality pictures. Calculate the final purchase price for your phone, including rebates or web discounts.

  3. Step 3

Visit a T-Mobile store or kiosk to see the phone you are interested in purchasing. Consider the size of the phone, ease of use and quality of pictures. Ask the salesperson if they match web deals or discounts.

  4. Step 4

Look over the variety of cell phone plans offered by T-Mobile. Choose the plan that best serves your budget and lifestyle. Ask how you send your pictures to your home computer or to a friend on another network. Consider adding unlimited text messaging or email to your T-Mobile plan if you intend to share your pictures with friends and family.

  5. Step 5

Sign up with T-Mobile and purchase your camera phone. Send in any rebates. Be ready to capture the moment in pictures using only your phone.
