How to Use PayPal to Become a Micro Lender
Microlending is the practice of making small loans to very poor entrepreneurs. Local agencies give the collected funds to someone in a disadvantaged country, with stipulations about how the money is to be used, at a much lower interest rate than the person would otherwise be able to obtain. Loans are collected through PayPal, who has waived their fee for these transactions in order to support this cause. Read on to learn more.

Understand how microlending works. You use your PayPal account to help fund a loan request in whatever amount you are willing, and the organization that is collecting the money will send it to that needy person when the loan amount has been collected. The loan requester then repays the loan, and you get your money back.
