1
Open Office Calc. This is the program you can use to edit spreadsheets, much like Microsoft Excel.
-
2
Open the File menu and select "Open...". Browse your computer for the spreadsheet you want to convert. Once you've found it, click on it, then click "Open."
-
-
3
Look over the spreadsheet to make sure it's the one you want to convert and that all of its data is correct. You can always go back and convert it again if something turns out to be out of place, but it'll save you some trouble down the road if you check it out now, instead.
-
4
Open the File menu again, but this time choose the "Export as PDF" option.
-
5
Type a name and choose a destination folder for your converted spreadsheet. Then click "Save."
-
6
Browse through the PDF Options window and check out the default file settings. Some of the options are easy to understand, like those under the "User Interface" tab, but others might be too technical for you to feel comfortable with changing. Don't worry, though. Just keep the defaults set to where they are and your file will turn out fine.

7
Click on "Export."
