Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Know how to juggle. Before you begin juggling eggs, you should already have down the basics of juggling unbreakable items such as balls. It's a definite prerequisite.
Step2
Get in the juggling stance. Lift your hands, palms upward. Your arms should be bent. Now relax your entire body.
Step3
Start with one egg. Throwing consistently at the same arc (about as high as your head) is the key. Go slow and stay relaxed. Keep your hand in a cupped position to catch the egg. Eggs are strongest at their tips. Try to throw so that the other hand will catch the egg, making contact on the tip.
Step4
Add the second egg. When the first egg has gone over the top of the arc and is just starting to go down, toss the second egg from the other hand. It should go just below the first egg.
Step5
Get into a rhythm. Toss the first egg on 1. The second on 2. Then pause or take a break for the third count. Do this over and over until you are consistent.
Step6
Add the third egg. Toss up the third egg from the same hand as the first egg when the second egg is first heading down from its arc. It takes the place of the third beat or pause in the rhythm.
Step7
Practice. Practice. Practice. Go slow at first then build up to a speed you are comfortable with. It still doesn't have to be fast, just accurate. And have fun, even if you get egg on your face.
