3. Eat a good breakfast before school and take with a snack for between the testing time. Not only is your child better able to focus on the Stanford Achievement Test instead of being hungry, but breakfast also gives his brain the energy that it needs to function at full capacity.

4. Dress in layers on the day of the Stanford Achievement Test. It's easier for your child to take off a sweatshirt or put on a sweater than to focus on the test when she's cold or hot.
