The happiest place on earth can now be found in your own home during the holidays. Disney ornaments have put smiles on the faces of many people for years. Follow these steps to make your own Disney ornaments and make your home the happiest place on earth as well.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Plain ceramic ball ornaments
  • Graphite paper
  • Tape
  • Craft paint
  • Paint brushes
  • Pictures of your favorite Disney characters
  1. Step 1

Tape a small piece of graphite paper (graphite side down) to one side of your ceramic ornament. This will be the mechanism to transfer the image to your ornament.

  2. Step 2

Choose the first Disney character you are going to trace. Secure the Disney character to the top of the graphite paper with tape. Make sure the Disney character is small enough to fit entirely on one ornament. Head shots work best.

  3. Step 3

Trace along the picture with a pencil. The pressure from your pencil will transfer the graphite to the ornament creating the same image as on the paper.

  4. Step 4

Remove the picture and graphite paper from the ornament once you've finished tracing. The result will be an exact replica of your chosen Disney character.

  5. Step 5

Paint the details of your Disney character using craft paint. You may also use a clear gloss after all colors have dried to make your ornament shine. Once all the paint is dry then you're ready to hang your Disney ornament on your tree for all to see.

Tips & Warnings
  • When tracing the Disney picture be sure to not press too hard on the paper. Doing this may cause dents in your ceramic ornament.
